Kedron Springer is a third-generation native of Hampton Roads, Virginia, with deep ties to the local community. She graduated from Tallwood High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Kedron went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.

Kedron has been practicing law since 2004, with a practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as estate planning and business organization planning. In 2010, she founded Springer Law Group as a solo practitioner. Since that time, the firm has grown into a thriving practice. In 2025, Springer Law Group became Springer & Cross Law Group with the addition of Attorney Aubrey Cross as a partner.

Aubrey Cross is a Virginia native who grew up in Chesapeake. She graduated from Norfolk Collegiate before earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, graduating in 2016, where she served as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Career Services and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Prior to joining Springer Law Group in 2020, Aubrey practiced as an associate attorney at a Virginia Beach–based Creditor’s Rights firm, where she handled civil litigation in both state and federal courts with a focus on financial services matters. In 2025, she became a Partner at Springer & Cross Law Group.

Aubrey’s practice now concentrates on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is actively involved in the legal community, currently serving on the Board of Governors for the Real Estate Section of the Virginia State Bar and as Secretary of the Chesapeake Bar Association.

Real Estate Manager

Kelly Pogorelec, blessed to have been born and raised on a ranch in Montana, relocated to Virginia in 1998. She began her career in the settlement and title industry upon graduating Flathead High School in 1990. Kelly’s travels have taken her from Montana to Seattle, Washington, finally settling in Virginia Beach, which has provided a well-versed understanding of regulations varying state to state while melding her core values learned from growing up on her family’s ranch.
